Welcome to Reveller Music (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App, operated by Kodetrace Oy ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Registration: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content within the App.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
Private Content: The App allows you to create private content. You control the privacy settings of your content. However, we cannot guarantee complete privacy and security of your content.
Subscription Plans: The App offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Billing: Subscription fees will be billed automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the App, you grant Kodetrace Oy a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback or suggestions. We may use and implement any feedback or suggestions you provide without compensation to you.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App and its original content, features, functionality, and trademarks are and will remain the exclusive property of Kodetrace Oy and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Finland. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without our express written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodetrace Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, fifty euros (€50).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kodetrace Oy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Finnish Arbitration Institute (FAI). Any such dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kodetrace Oy regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements between you and Kodetrace Oy relating to your use of the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Kodetrace Oy shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where the failure results from any cause beyond Kodetrace Oy's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
